A little this....a little that

• Ipolito really loves to pretend these days. This week I have been "Mommy" and he is "Baby" I have also been "Theodore" from the Chipmunks.  
• We were at Target the other day and Ipo called me small head (never been told that....it was always big head) so I said, "Well aren't you being a silly head!" I immediately got a, "Mama! You really hurt my feelings by saying that!" To which I responded, "Oh I am so sorry. I apologize." Ipo: "Thank you Mama it was very nice of you to pologize." I then told him it hurt my feelings when he called me "small head." Of course he apologized. I felt like laughing while we were having our conversation but of course I didn't. He was just so serious!
• I am taking Ipolito to the circus this weekend for the first time. I am kind of excited. I have taken my nephews many times but never my son. I hope he enjoys it! He seems very excited! Jose had no inkling to join us so we are going on a day he is working!
• Our air conditioner went out last night because the electricity went out with the storms and it was miserable!! I never checked on Ipo b/c I figured Jose did and well...I should have. When I went to get him this morning he was covered! I took his comforter and sheet off and the sheet was soaked! His hair was dripping! His shirt was plastered to him and soaked! He was so hot!! I felt so bad. Once I got him changed and we were in the car he told me, "Mama. I don't feel so good. My tummy hurts and my head hurts. I am thirsty too. I immediately went to McDonald's and got him some apple juice and a bottle of water. He drank the juice right away and drank half the bottle of water then crashed. My mom let him sleep late until 930 and kept checking him to make sure he wasn't got anymore and was doing fine.  I felt horrible and so did Jose when I told him. I told Ipo he should have taken his covers off but he said, "I was so sleepy Mama!" I just thank God he is okay.
• Jose says I have spoiled Ipo because he will only eat his breakfast at the kitchen table while watching Netflix on the iPad. I told him it was his fault because he doesn't like him to eat anywhere but the kitchen while all along when I was at work he had been letting him eat in the living room and watch cartoons.  Who is doing the spoiling?!

This is all for now. I am 18 weeks 2 days pregnant!!
